The cable management alone was worth it, my desk finally looks like someone with self-respect set it up. They calibrated every component and shipped the whole rig assembled, so I basically just plugged it in and flew.

The 2-hour video call intro was a lifesaver — they walked me through every calibration step while I watched my own rig come to life. Cable management is immaculate, and knowing final inspection was done before shipping took all the guesswork out of it. Still got questions a week later and their ongo

I was nervous about building my rig myself, but the component calibration alone saved me hours of trial and error. The two-hour video call intro walked me through everything, and they even followed up with ongoing remote support weeks later when I had a driver issue.
